Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of websites, software, and services provided under the Daedion Digital name, including Missed Call Recovery.
Service description
Missed Call Recovery is a business software service designed to help businesses identify qualifying missed telephone calls and provide callers with an opportunity to consent to a text-message follow-up.
Features may include call routing, missed-call detection, caller consent collection, text-message delivery, lead records, business settings, and account-management tools.
Business customer responsibilities
Business customers are responsible for providing accurate account, business, contact, and service information and for keeping account credentials secure.
Customers must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, telecommunications requirements, messaging requirements, and the policies of applicable service providers.
Messaging consent
The service is designed so that a missed-call text follow-up is sent only after the caller provides the required consent through the telephone interaction.
Customers may not use the service to send unsolicited, deceptive, unlawful, or otherwise unauthorized communications.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid services may be offered through recurring subscriptions. The price, billing interval, and applicable service details will be shown before a customer begins a paid subscription.
Subscription payments may be processed by Stripe or another designated payment provider.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring service according to the cancellation process made available for the subscription.
Additional information regarding cancellation and refunds is available in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Service availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, internet outages, telecommunications providers, hosting providers, payment providers, or other systems outside our direct control.
Third-party services
The service may depend on third-party providers, including providers for telecommunications, messaging, hosting, databases, and payments.
Customers may also be subject to applicable terms and requirements of those providers.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person or business, or send communications for which required consent has not been obtained.
Account suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address security concerns, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, nonpayment, material violations of these terms, or requirements imposed by service providers.
Changes to the service
Features may be modified, improved, replaced, or discontinued as the service develops.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will recover every missed call, produce any particular number of leads, or generate any specific financial result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daedion Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
