Privacy Policy
Effective August 31, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Daedion Digital collects, uses, and protects information in connection with its websites, software, and services, including Missed Call Recovery.
Information we collect
We may collect information provided by business customers when they create or manage an account, including business name, contact information, account credentials, service settings, and billing-related account information.
When Missed Call Recovery is used, the service may process information associated with business telephone calls, including telephone numbers, call status, timestamps, missed-call records, consent responses, and message delivery information.
Consent records
Missed Call Recovery is designed to send its missed-call text follow-up only after the caller provides the required consent through the telephone interaction.
The service may retain records of that consent, including the telephone number involved, the time of consent, the method used to provide consent, and the related missed-call record.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and operate the service, authenticate accounts, deliver requested communications, maintain consent and service records, provide customer support, process subscriptions, protect the service from misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
Daedion Digital uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate the service. These may include telecommunications, payment-processing, database, hosting, and infrastructure providers.
Payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Telecommunications and messaging functionality may be provided by Twilio. Those providers process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Payment information
Payments may be processed through Stripe. Daedion Digital does not require customers to provide full payment-card numbers directly to the Missed Call Recovery application.
Data protection
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain operational and consent records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Sale of personal information
Daedion Digital does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material revisions are published.
